What's Included in a Mediation Sesson
Our standard 3-hour mediation session is structured flexibly to fit the unique dynamics of your dispute. Rather than a rigid timetable, time is allocated dynamically across two core phases based on what needs the most attention:
Phase 1: Agenda & Issue Identification — We map out all outstanding points of disagreement, establish ground rules, and ensure both parties have an uninterrupted opportunity to voice their perspectives. This can take as little or as much time as necessary to get everyone on the same page.
Phase 2: Collaborative Problem-Solving & Negotiation — The majority of your session is dedicated to exploring practical options, testing potential compromises, and shaping the terms of a mutually beneficial agreement.
Preparation and documentation—including pre-session review and post-session drafting notes—are fully integrated into the package to ensure a smooth path toward your final Memorandum of Understanding (MOU)
